In Safe Hands

Tender care and love are just the beginning of the early childhood education program at our Vidya Mandir.

Each member of our faculty is dedicated to give each child a good start & foundation in life. They are professionally trained in child development & early childhood education and all have worked extensively with children.

So parents can be rest assured that their children are in safe, nurturing environment where they receive affection & attention that they deserve.

Parents Meeting

Parent –teacher meetings will be scheduled to discuss progress, strength as well as weakness of children for further help and improvement. Notice will be sent to the parents in advance & they are expected to definitely attend. If parents wish to meet the teachers individually on any other day they should come to the school on second Saturday between 11am & 12pm. Parents cannot meet the teachers in the school at any other time.

Failure of the parents to attend the compulsory meetings will be viewed very seriously in the interest of both the parents & their children. Parents will receive a detailed report specifying their children’s progress & over-all performances regularly.

ReAdiness Programme

For accomplishing any task & any activity Biological readiness is a must. But we cannot speed or ignore readiness. When children are ready and only then they walk, talk, run, read, write and perform all other academic functions & activities with fun, ease & interest.

Each child will go through a somewhat predictable cycle of developmental stages. In this respect each child is like every other child. However every child has a rate & pattern of growth particular to himself or herself. In this way each child is different from every other child. So look at where children are now, not where we think they should be to avoid unhealthy comparisons. Developmental theories view children as total beings. All the developments depend on & support each other. These developmental aspects are not separate & one should not be pushed ahead of the others for the over-all growth, maturity & development.

After School Programme

There will be an evaluation regularly on the basis of their class performance. Report cards will be sent to the parents periodically. The tests and examinations will be scheduled as per the CBSE norms.
